Terms of Service

These terms apply to anyone who joins the Batchforja waitlist, uses the Batchforja early access product, or visits batchforja.com. By using any part of Batchforja you agree to these terms.

Batchforja is operated by Elise Hammond, based in the United States.

Batchforja is currently in early access. This means:

• The product is still being built and may have bugs or missing features
• Features may change, be added, or be removed during this period
• We cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime at this stage
• We will do our best to notify you of significant changes in advance

By joining early access, you acknowledge you are using a product that is still in development and agree to provide honest feedback to help us improve it.

The first 50 users who join under the founding member rate of $19/month are locked in at that price permanently, subject to the following conditions:

• The rate applies only to the subscription that was active at the time of sign-up
• The rate is locked as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing
• If you cancel your subscription, the founding member rate is forfeited and cannot be reinstated
• The founding member rate covers Studio tier features. If new tiers are introduced above Studio, those are not included

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for new subscribers at any time. Founding member rates are never affected by pricing changes for new subscribers.

You own your data. Everything you enter into Batchforja (your materials, products, recipes, orders, production history) belongs to you. We will never use it for any purpose other than providing the service.

If you close your account, you can request a full export of your data before deletion. We will retain your data for 30 days after account closure to allow for this, then delete it permanently.

You agree not to:

• Use Batchforja for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
• Resell or sublicense access to Batchforja to others
• Use the service in a way that damages or disrupts it for other users

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@batchforja.com within 7 days and we will review it.

Batchforja is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss of data, lost sales, or business disruption arising from your use of the service. This is especially relevant during early access when the product is still being developed.

We strongly recommend keeping your own backup records of critical business data during early access.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make significant changes, we will notify active users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that point constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith first. If you have a problem, email us before pursuing any other remedy.
