Batchforja is provided for lawful business use. Users agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access data or systems without authorization.
Accounts and responsibilities
Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the activity that occurs under their account. Users are also responsible for the accuracy of the operational data they choose to store in Batchforja.
Integrations
Batchforja may connect with third-party services such as Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce, and Square. Use of those integrations is also subject to the applicable third-party platform terms and policies. Availability of any integration may change as platform requirements evolve.
Availability and changes
Batchforja is under active development. Features may change, be improved, or be removed over time. Batchforja may also update these Terms of Service as the product evolves.

Batchforja is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business workflow.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Batchforja will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
