Privacy Policy

Last updated March 29, 2026. This page explains what Batchforja collects, how it is used, and how users can contact us with privacy questions.

What Batchforja collects

Batchforja may collect account details such as name, email address, and business information, as well as operational data needed to provide the service. This can include inventory records, product data, recipes, production records, purchasing records, order records, and integration metadata from connected sales channels.

How Batchforja uses data

Batchforja uses collected data to operate the service, including inventory tracking, production planning, order tracking, stock syncing, and support. Connected platform data is used only to provide the requested integration functionality and related operational workflows.

Connected platforms and third parties

When a user connects a third-party platform such as Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce, or Square, Batchforja may access and store data made available through that platform's API. Batchforja may also use infrastructure providers, analytics tools, and support tools needed to run the service. Batchforja does not sell merchant data.

Data retention and security

Batchforja stores data only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain records requested by the user. Batchforja is designed to store data securely and to limit access to the people and systems required to operate the service.

User rights

Users may request access to their data, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of account data by contacting support@batchforja.com. Users can also disconnect third-party integrations at any time.
