Data Deletion Policy

How to request deletion

Users may request deletion of their Batchforja account data by emailing support@batchforja.com from the email address associated with the account, or by otherwise contacting support with enough information to verify the request.

What may be deleted

Deletion requests may include account records, stored operational data, and connected integration metadata, subject to any legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations that require certain records to be retained for a period of time.

Third-party platforms

If a user has connected third-party services such as Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce, or Square, the user may also need to revoke or disconnect those integrations directly from the third-party platform.

Timeline

Batchforja will make reasonable efforts to process verified deletion requests promptly. If additional time is needed, Batchforja may contact the user with an update.
